this is one of the problem of cagayan de oro city, this picture is taken at the crick near at MUST. this is always the problem of the students and other people bcoz if their is a heavy rain this crick will over flow. which is it can cause water flood  that not good to the health of the people. but what are the cause in this over flow ? this is bcoz of the people who is lack of discipline in there self. they are just throwing there garbage. so i think the people is the responsible of over flowing in this crick. i hope you would realize that every water flood, that is the output of throwing you garbage at the crick. be responsible!
